What EIGHTFINITY LTD does
EIGHTFINITY LTD is a UK-registered web development company (company no. 15528515). We design, build, and operate a portfolio of independently branded web platforms — currently nine, spanning UK property investment, legal guidance, and consumer tools.
Each platform is built to solve one specific problem well: finding an off-market property deal, working out a redundancy payment, checking what type of solicitor you actually need, or getting a straight answer to "what's my house worth." We don't run a single do-everything product — we run a portfolio of narrow, useful ones.
SEO, GEO and AEO
Every platform in the portfolio is built and maintained with three related disciplines in mind:
- SEO (search engine optimization) — making sure a page is genuinely findable and correctly understood by traditional search engines.
- GEO (generative engine optimization) — structuring content so AI systems that generate answers (rather than just listing links) can accurately represent what a page says.
- AEO (answer engine optimization) — writing and marking up content so a direct question gets a direct, correct answer, whether that's read by a person or an AI assistant.
In practice this means clean structured data, accurate machine-readable facts, fast-loading pages, and content that answers the actual question a visitor or an AI system is asking — not search-engine-first copy dressed up as an answer.
How the portfolio is organised
Every platform is operated by the same company, EIGHTFINITY LTD, and shares the same registered details, support contact, and engineering standards. Each site keeps its own branding, its own domain, and — where relevant — its own privacy policy and terms of use specific to what that platform actually does, since a legal calculator, a trade directory, and a gift finder each have genuinely different things to say to their users.
